Si haces memoria, la semana pasada hicimos especial inciso y tratamos de forma relativamente apasionada la llegada de “Houston Rap”, probablemente una de las ediciones del año y documento esencial para cualquiera que se considere aficionado a la tradición dirty south y el Rap sureño de la zona tejana; Sinecure Books está detrás del lanzamiento, y Lance Scott Walker lleva casi una década trabajando junto al fotógrafo Peter Beste para confeccionar esta magna obra que retrata las últimas dos décadas de actividad en Houston.

Para complementar dicha publicación, Lance Scott Walker desvela un mix/selección de más de 5 horas de material en las que no solo aparecerán clásicos como DJ Screw y sus secuaces, Geto Boys, Big Mike o Scarface, también se destacan otros activos incluso más subterráneos como Slim Thug o Dead End Alliance.
